Can you break out a concrete backyard and turn it into lawn?

Yes. We break out the concrete, haul it away, dig out the old base, and bring in fill and topsoil so the area can be seeded or sodded. On a small lot we load straight into the truck so the yard stays workable.

My Perth Amboy lot has no side yard. How do you get a machine in?

If there's a driveway or gate with about 36 inches of clear width, our tracked mini skid steer can usually get through. If not, we'll look at other options, like a neighbor's access with their permission or doing part of the job by hand, and tell you honestly what's practical.
